I stumbled into pickleball on a whim back in 2018 and honestly, I haven't looked back since. Coming from a badminton background, the transition felt natural, but pickleball had something different about it. The strategy, the community, the ridiculous fun of a well-placed dink — I was hooked within weeks. After earning my PPR certification in 2021, I started coaching players across the Klang Valley, from total beginners who'd never held a paddle, to competitive club players looking to sharpen their game. My coaching philosophy is simple: master the kitchen first, everything else follows. Fair warning — get me talking about paddle specs and you might be there a while.
