1. Definitions

• "The PickleBase", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the PickleBase Coach App.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
• "Coach" refers to a User offering coaching services via the Service.
• "Customer" refers to a User booking coaching services via the Service.
• "Content" refers to information, text, images, schedules, messages, and other materials submitted to the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Nature of the Service

The PickleBase Coach App is a platform that facilitates connections between Coaches and Customers.

• We do not provide coaching services ourselves.
• Coaches are independent service providers, not employees, agents, or partners of The PickleBase.
• Any agreement for coaching services is solely between the Coach and the Customer.

5. Coach Obligations

Coaches agree to:

• Provide accurate profile, pricing, and availability information
• Honour confirmed bookings
• Deliver services in a professional and lawful manner
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules
• Maintain appropriate qualifications and certifications where required

We reserve the right to suspend or remove Coach accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Attend booked sessions on time
• Comply with venue rules and Coach instructions
• Pay all applicable fees and charges

7. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions

7.1 Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

7.2 Platform Fees

We may charge platform, subscription, or service fees, which will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

7.3 Subscriptions

Coach subscription plans, if applicable, are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms.

7.4 Refunds

Refunds, if any, are subject to the cancellation policies set by the Coach and applicable laws.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by Coach and will be displayed at the time of booking.

The PickleBase is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations or no-shows.

9. Content and User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other Users
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for fraudulent or unauthorised purposes
• Attempt to bypass platform fees or systems

We reserve the right to remove Content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including trademarks, logos, software, and design, belong to The PickleBase or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• Accuracy of Coach listings or Content
• Quality, safety, or legality of coaching services

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law:

• The PickleBase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to The PickleBase in the preceding 12 months

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The PickleBase from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Any dispute between Coaches and Customers

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct
• Misuse the Service

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
